• How do I create a Lead Manager account?

  To create a Lead Manager account, sign up here to start getting leads. One of our representatives will contactly you shortly to finalize your account setup. They will walk you through the next steps so you can start winning quality jobs as soon as possible.

• How do I change or reset my password?

  If you've forgotten the password you use to sign in to the CraftJack Pro Lead Manager app, you can reset it easily at any time. In the app, tap Forgot your password?, confirm your email address, and then tap Reset Password. Check your email inbox for a link to enter a new password.

• I can't log in.

  To sign in to your CraftJack Pro Lead Manager account, you'll need your email address and password. You can reset your password on this page below, or if you're unsure about this information give us a call at 866-332-7134 or email us at support@craftjack.com.

• How do I pause my account?

  Within the CraftJack Pro app, you can pause your account for a one or multiple days. Simply navigate to the "My Account" tab and change your account status to paused. Return to Account Status again to reactivate when you are ready.

• How do I contact my leads?

  Open the lead in the app and the homeowner's contact methods will be in the lead details. Tap on these to call, text or email your lead. Each lead you receive will have the same 10-digit phone number along with a unique 4-digit PIN. To call the homeowner, use that same phone number each time and enter the unique 4-digit PIN associated with that lead when prompted.
